The song Beautiful world by Coldplay is a short two minute and nineteen second song that represents transcendentalism by showing that nature is important. The song talks about how “bones are sinking like stones” and “all of us are done for.” I interpreted this song to be about everybody on earth is going to end up dying even after everything we’ve done to survive over something as simple as caring for our environment. Plus, the song states that “we live in a beautiful world” but if we don’t take care of our world it will no longer be beautiful because we neglect it. Also, in the end of the song “Oh, all that I know is nothing to run from ‘cause yeah everybody here has somebody to lean on” comes up which I personally think means that even though people have neglected nature we shouldn’t run from the consequences but we should stop, turn around get somebody to lend a hand and try to fix the problem because nature is to important to destroy. Below is the lyrics to the song and a hyperlink to a video on it.www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAFd9Sb7TGIBones are sinking like stones All that we fall for Homes, places we've grown All of us are done for
And we live in a beautiful world (Yeah we do, yeah we do) We live in a beautiful world
Bones sinking like stones All that we've fall for Homes, places we've grown All of us are done for
And we live in a beautiful world (Yeah we do, yeah we do) We live in a beautiful world We live in a beautiful world
Oh, all that I know is nothing to run from 'Cause yeah everybody here Got's somebody to lean on
